What is sexuality coaching?
Coaching is more
like mentoring someone in a very supportive partnership than like a
coach standing on the sidelines, telling you to run faster or do more
push-ups. I see coaching (or mentoring) as a process where we mutually
address your concerns and challenges, and get to the root of what’s
holding you back from a life of passion and sexual joy.
Together we will work on action plans to tackle issues such as body
image, communication skills, connecting with your lover, and overall
rejuvenation of your sexual enthusiasm. We’ll also take a look at your
underlying beliefs about sexuality and yourself, and see what’s
happening deep inside that might be holding you back.
In a safe and relaxed environment, I will help support you in addressing
your sexual challenges and making your life more WANTON again!
